摘要
中华老字号致中和实业有限公司针对五加皮酒传统工艺完全手工操作方式,严重制约保健酒生产规模的现状,努力探索传统产业新型工业化的方法,通过装备自动化、智能化、信息化手段对传统酿造方式进行升级,生产效率明显提高,生产管理水平明显提高,为实现生产全过程无纸化记录打下良好的基础。
The manual operation of Wu Chia Pee wine has seriously restricted the production scale of healthcare wine in Zhizhonghe Industry Co. Ltd. at present. The new industrialization path was explored. Through the upgrading of traditional wine-making modes by automated and intelligent measures, the production efficiency of Wu Chia Pee wine got improved evidently, and the production management level got improved significantly, which laid a good foundation for achieving paperless record in the whole production process.
