手掌面不锈钢客体遗留印迹的显现研究 被引量:3

摘要 考察了手掌面不锈钢客体遗留印迹的直接显现和转移后再显现的方法体系。以Lab色彩模式为评价指标,研究了红菲罗啉、邻菲罗啉、TPTZ、苯基-2-吡啶基酮肟和PDT这5种试剂对手掌面不锈钢遗留印迹的显现效果。结果发现,对于手握不锈钢客体5 min以上的手掌印迹,使用5种试剂配方(其中任意一种)直接显色时,均可达到中等以上的分辨率。转移显现时,让手掌面按压在喷洒过30 g/L抗坏血酸的客体上1 min,再在客体上喷洒适量1 g/L的5种显色剂(其中任意一种),等待3 min后拍照固定,此法快速、灵敏、可靠,可将手掌上的不锈钢遗留印迹转移后成功显出。 Based on the comparison with iron traces on hands,the methods of detection and transferring for hand imprint left by stainless steel were investigated.The Lab color mode was applied to evaluate the color reaction results of five reagent including4 ∶7-diphenyl-1 ∶ 10-phenanthroline,1 ∶ 10-phenanthroline,2,4,6-3-(2-pyridyl)-l,3,5-triazine,phenyl-2-pyridyl ketoxime and PDT.The results showed that for hand imprint contacting with stainless steel more than 5 minutes,the five reagents could be used to detect the hand imprint,the resolution can be achieved strong or medium level.Besides,spraying one of the five reagents(1 g/L) on the transferring objects on which pressing the hands for 1 min and had been sprayed reducing agent(30 g/L),then taking a photo after 3 min,using this method,hand imprint contacting with stainless steel more than 5 minutes can be transferred and detected.This method was rapid,sensitive and reliable,which can be used to detect the suspects.
