摘要 论文针对飞机液冷车阀门多,操作繁琐,易出错等问题,利用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)、触摸屏、传感器、正反转电动机等设备以及V4.0 STEP 7 Micro/WIN SP9等软件,研发飞机液冷车阀门自动控制系统。该系统主要针对飞机液冷车个工作流程(内循环、外循环、供液、回液和补液等)的阀门控制进行自动化设计,并提供触摸屏操作界面,满足人机交互功能。 To deal with the problems , such as complex and mistakable operations , caused by the heavy number of valves in the aircraft liquid cooling vehicle, an automatic control system based on equipments as PLC, a touch screen, a reversible electric servomotor and a software as V4.0 STEP 7 Micro/WIN SP9 is designed. This system can control valves in each workflow (inside-cir- cle, outside-circle, supply, recycle, supplement of coolant) of vehicles. Also, it provides with a touch-screen panel to meet the function of human-computer interaction.
