摘要
为了满足战时动态、地域分散情况下部队的后勤保障需求,必须有效利用有限的后勤保障力量,对保障需求进行合理高效的实时调度,以实现战时后勤的精准保障。整体介绍了建立的后勤保障指挥调度系统,系统在构建全面的数据管理框架基础上,确定需求优先级,设计了针对机动保障力量的调度算法并对系统的模块设计进行介绍。实例应用的结果也证明了系统确实达到了设计目的。
In order to satisfy the dynamic and geographically dispersed situation forces logistical needs, the limited logistic force must be used effectively, reasonable and efficient real-time scheduling of security are needed to achieve precise logistical sup- port in wartime. This paper introduces the establishment of logistics support command and dispatch system. Using the established da- ta management framework, determining the demand priority, the scheduling algorithm is designed for the maneuvering logistical re- sources. The module design is carried out to ensure the effective operation of the system, and the result of the application proves that the system has achieved the design goal.
