摘要
激光光功率稳定装置中分光器件的分光比存在不稳定性,论文从理论上定量分析了分光比的波动对环外光功率稳定效果的影响,并提出了一种抑制分光比波动影响的方案。通过理论分析及仿真,证明了该方案可以有效抑制分光器件分光比的不稳定性带来的环外功率波动。
The splitting ratio of splitter in optical intensity stabilization is not exactly stable. The impact of the splitting ratio on effect of optical intensity stabilization out of the loop is analyzed quantificationally, and the suppression method is proposed in this article. By means of theoretical analysis and simulation, the proposed scheme is proved effective to suppress the influence intro- duced by splitting ratio on the power stabilization out of the loop.
