摘要
本试验以本课题组选育获得的黄瓜自交系及其F_1代杂交种为材料,通过研究不同温度对黄瓜种子发芽率和发芽指数的影响以及发芽指数对发芽温度的回归方程,对黄瓜各材料做出耐冷性评价。结果表明:不同黄瓜材料低温下的发芽能力有显著差异,据此把试验材料划分为3个等级:长×津、长×宁、新×津、新×宁、山×津属于高耐低温材料;山×宁、长春、山东属于中耐低温材料;新泰、津七、宁阳属于低耐低温材料。6个黄瓜杂交种的低温发芽临界温度介于13.7-14.1℃之间,5个自交系的低温发芽临界温度介于14.9-15.7℃之间。
The Cucumber inbred lines and their F_1 hybrids were bred as materials in this study,the experiment aimed to evaluate the cold tolerance of Cucumber by studying the effect of different temperatures on the germination rate and germination index and the regression equation between germination index and germination temperature. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the germination ability of different Cucumber materials at low temperature,by which the test materials of this group were divided into three grades. The hybrids of Chang × Jin,Chang × Ning,Xin × Jin,Xin × Ning and Shan × Jin were belonged to strong low temperature resistant materials; The hybrids of Shan × Ning,the lines of Changchun and Shandong were belonged to mid low temperature resistant materials; The lines of Xintai,Jinqi and Ningyang were belonged to weak low temperature resistant materials.The critical temperatures of chilling germination of six Cucumber hybrids were between 13. 7 and 14. 1℃. The critical temperatures of chilling germination of five Cucumber inbred lines were between 14. 9 and 15. 7℃.
