贵州省基层疾控机构职业卫生应急处置能力的现状调查

Investigation on the current situation of emergency response capacity about occupational health of fundamental disease prevention and control system in guizhou

目的研究贵州省基层疾控职业卫生应急处置能力现状,为卫生行政部门及各级政府进一步加强职业病防治工作提供科学依据。方法通过问卷调查,采用描述性分析、卡方检验等流行病学研究方法,对贵州省基层疾控职业卫生应急处置能力现状进行分析。结果贵州省基层疾控职业卫生应急处置机构(专兼职)严重匮乏,应急体系不健全,多缺乏常规的应急计划及规范化、标准化管理。缺乏训练有素的专业应急人员,专项经费及应急物资储备不充分。结论提升应急处置能力具有重大的现实意义,加快建设和完善我省职业病应急体系迫在眉睫。

Objective To study the current situation of emergency response capacity with occupational health of Fundamental Disease Prevention and Control System in Guizhou,so as to provide scientific basis for health administration departments and governments at all levels to further strengthen occupational disease prevention and control.Methods By means of questionnaire,descriptive analysis,chi-square test,the present situation of emergency response capability about occupational health of primary disease control in Guizhou province was analyzed.ResultsPrimary disease control lacked emergency agencies of occupational health,lacked conventional the contingency plan,normalization-standardization management and the well-trained specialty emergency personnel,lacked special funds,reserves of goods and materials for possible emergencies.Conclusion It is of vital realistic significance to improve the ability of emergency response,and it is urgent to speed up the construction and improvement of the emergency system to occupational disease in our province.
