摘要
通过对某共轨喷油器节流孔板分析研究发现,现有检测方法不能满足要求,经常出现不同孔板检测流量满足规范要求,但在实际使用时会产生不同喷油器喷油量一致性差,同一喷油器喷油量重复性差的问题,通过试验与计算相结合的方法,找到了节流孔板性能差的原因,并提出相应改进措施以及检验规范。
This paper investigated the characteristics of a throttle plate on a common rail injector. The results showed that the existing testing method can't meet the requirements,that is,the performance of the repeatability and conformity of the common rail injector was not good. Combined testing and CAE simulation,the reasons of bad performance were found. The corresponding modified measures and testing methods were put forward.
