摘要
研究了发动机进气可变气门正时(VVT)技术对某自然吸气汽油机总碳氢(THC)排放性能的影响,并在匹配某增压直喷汽油机的整车上进行车辆启动阶段进气VVT控制策略的优化,发动机台架试验结果表明,使用进气VVT技术可以降低发动机THC排放,但会导致燃烧稳定性恶化,整车转毂试验结果表明,在车辆启动阶段通过对进气VVT开启角度及开启时间的优化,可以有效降低新欧洲标准行驶循环(NEDC)整车的THC排放。
This paper studies the effect of intake VVT technology on a PFI gasoline engine THC emission. The In VVT control strategy optimization of vehicle which equipped with a GDI-T engine has been done. Engine bench test results show that the THC emission of engine using intake VVT technology can be reduced,but the combustion stability will be deteriorated. The vehicle test results show that the THC emissions of the vehicle can be reduced in the NEDC cycle through optimizing the intake VVT open Angle and open time in vehicle starting phase.
