摘要
针对我国甩挂运输发展过程中存在的问题,创新性的提出建立挂车循环共用系统,在实际调研深入分析的基础上,确定采用租赁的方式来实现挂车的循环共用,并对系统的可行性进行了分析,随后对甩挂循环共用系统业务价值链及流程进行系统梳理,利用UML统一建模语言进行了系统的顶层用例图设计。该系统的建设对于促进甩挂运输现代化发展,提高甩挂运输车辆利用率以及经济效益有重要意义。
In this paper, in view of the problems existing in the development of the drop-and-pull transport means in China, we proposed innovatively to build the trailer cycling and sharing system; then based on an empirical investigation, we determined to achieve the cycling and sharing of the trailers by way of lease and analyzed its feasibility; and next, we went over systematically the value chain and process of the cycling and sharing system and designed its top level use case diagram using UML.
