Latest Progress in Studies on Agricultural Product and Food Quality Traceability

通过检索近几年有关农产品食品质量可追溯性的文献,指出国内研究主要集中在农产品食品质量可追溯性一般现状、问题及其对策、农产品食品质量可追溯性体系建设投资意愿与投资水平的主要影响因素、农产品食品质量可追溯性体系建设中各参与主体之间的博弈、农产品食品质量可追溯性系统信息及其相关技术、相关技术的应用实践等方面。国外研究主要集中在农产品食品质量可追溯性理论及实证分析框架、农产品食品质量可追溯性研究方法、农产品食品质量可追溯性驱动力等方面,从而得出国内外研究视角有所不同的结论,旨在为相关领域的研究提供参考,提高进一步深入研究的水平。

In this paper, through searching over the literatures coming out of the past few years concerning the traceability of agricultural products and food, we pointed out that the domestic research fields were mainly focused on the current status and existing problems, together with their countermeasures, of agricultural product and food traceability, the major influence factors on the investment willingness and investment level in the construction of the agricultural product and food quality traceability system, the game between the participating agents in the construction of such system, the information technology and other relevant technologies involved in the system and the practical application of these technologies while the foreign studies were mainly about the theory and analytical or empirical framework, research methodology, and driving force of agricuhural product and food traceability, and compared the two to reveal their differences so as to further deepen the research level on this subject.
