摘要 针对输变电工程物资需求计划提报期与工程建设网络计划不匹配导致后期物资供应不及时等问题,以500k V输变电工程为案例,通过分析和梳理电力物资需求计划特点、工程建设网络计划进度节点、不同建设阶段所需物资种类和电力物资生产周期等方面,开展电力物资需求计划提报期与物资供应协同体系研究。为电力物资需求计划提报时间更合理提供了参考,并从供应链的角度为提高物资供应及时性和准确性、提升输变电工程物资供应保障能力提供了几点建议。 In this paper, in view of the problems caused by the mismatch of the material demand plan of the submission period and the construction period of a power transmission and transformation project, in the case of a 500kV transmission and transformation project, we analyzed and went over the characteristics of the electricity material demand plan of the project, its construction progress and nodal points, the necessary material categories for different construction phases and the production cycle of the electricity materials, etc., and then studied the submission period of the electricity material demand plan and the material supply coordination system. At last, from a supply chain perspective, we proposed a few suggestions to improve material supply timeliness and accuracy and the material support ability of the power transmission and transformation projects.
