Study on Optimization of Railway Freight Transport Operation Based on Logistics Turnkey Project

基于物流总包的概念,通过分析铁路常规货物运输作业流程及其现存问题,构建了铁路货物运输Petri网模型,有效缓解了铁路常规货物作业流程的问题,实现铁路常规货物运输组织优化。

In this paper, based on the concept of the logistics turnkey project and through analyzing the problems existing in the conventional railway freight transport operation, we established the railway freight transport Petri nets model to effectively alleviate the existing problems and optimize the organization of the transport process.
