Some Thoughts on “Rural Expansion of Express Delivery Industry”

在分析目前乡镇快递发展背景的基础上,探讨了目前快递下乡的三种模式:代理模式、加盟模式以及自营模式,针对目前实现快递下乡中存在的主要问题和困难,提出了几点建议。

In this paper, on the basis of an analysis of the development background of the rural express delivery enterprises at present, we discussed the three main modes adopted in the rural expansion of the express delivery industry, namely, the agent mode, franchise mode, and self-operating mode, and proposed some suggestions toward the major problems and difficulties in the rural expansion of the industry at the moment.
