军民融合背景下车辆装备保障机制研究

Study on Vehicle Equipment Support Mechanism under Military-civil Integration

主要对军民融合背景下的车辆装备联合保障机制设计问题进行研究。通过对当前我军车辆装备保障改革中存在的突出矛盾问题进行分析,从多个方面入手,以推进我军车辆装备联合保障工作的稳步向前发展为目标,分别从统一领导机制、军地协调机制、需求对接机制以及风险预防机制四个方面对推动军民融合车辆装备联合保障机制的发展提出了对策。

In this paper, we mainly studied the institutional design of the vehicle equipment joint support mechanism against the background of military- civil integration. Through investigating the outstanding conflicts existing in the reform of the vehicle equipment support system of the Chinese army and in order to secure the steady progress of the vehicle equipment support operations of the Chinese army, we presented our thought and some pertinent countermeasures from the aspects of unified leadership, military-civil coordination, demand docking and risk prevention.
