正交试验法优化荞麦壳黄酮提取工艺 被引量:1

摘要 以荞麦壳为主要原料,采用乙醇浸提法提取荞麦壳黄酮,并应用单因素和正交试验法优化荞麦壳黄酮提取工艺。结果表明:荞麦壳黄酮最佳提取工艺为乙醇体积分数75%、提取温度65℃、料液比1:8、提取时间12 h,在此条件下,荞麦壳黄酮提取率可达到48.47%。 The extraction of buckwheat shell flavonoids by ethanol extraction was carried out with buckwheat husk and the extraction process of buckwheat shell flavonoids was optimized by single factor and orthogonal test.The results showed that the volume fraction of flavonoids in buckwheat shellfish was 75%,the extraction temperature was 65 ℃,the ratio of material to liquid was 1: 8,and the extraction time was 12 h.Under this condition,the extraction rate of flavonoids in buckwheat husk could reach 48.47%.
