一例镜像右位心冠状动脉旁路移植术紧急床旁开胸止血术的护理 被引量：2

摘要 目的 总结镜像右位心冠状动脉[路移植术紧急床[开胸止血术的护理措施.方法针对该疾病特点实施护理措施,包括床[开胸循环系统的护理、床[开胸导管的护理、床[开胸的感染控制、主动脉球囊反搏（IABP）的护理、呼吸系统的护理及右位心的特殊护理.结果通过给予针对性的护理,患者恢复良好,康复出院.结论针对此患者的病情,制订实施全面整体有针对性的护理措施,可以提高对镜像右位心的认识以及该病的护理质量.
