随着社会工作教育的发展,社会工作专业学生的专业实践教学也在新的时代发展下面临新的挑战,亟待创新和完善,以适应时代的发展需求,实现自身更大的发展。本文以培养复合型人才为发展视角,对社会工作本科的专业实践教学模式创新发展进行探究。文章首先讲述了进行社会工作专业创新性实践教学模式研究的必要性,其不仅仅是专业本身实践性的需求,同时也是因为现阶段所遇到的实践教学困境所决定的。其次,本文以培养复合能力社会工作人才为基础,探索了专业实践教学的创新思路,并提出了具体的创新对策。

With the development of social work education,the professional practice teaching of social work students is also facing new challenges under the development of new times. It needs to be innovated and perfected urgently to meet the development needs of the times and realize their own development. This paper explores the innovation and development of the professional practice teaching mode of social work under the background of cultivating compound talents. The article first tells the necessity of the study of the innovative practice teaching mode of social work,which is not only the practical needs of the profession itself,but also because of the practical teaching difficulties encountered at this stage. Secondly,based on the training of compound talents,this paper explores the innovative ideas of professional practice teaching and puts forward some concrete countermeasures.
