为进一步推进天津市科技成果转移转化和产业化进程,促进企业、高校、科研院所产学研用一体化发展,全力助推先进制造研发基地和产业创新中心建设,文章提出了天津科技成果转化交易平台的设计方案。

In order to further promote the transformation and industrialization of Tianjin science and technology achievements, stimulate the integrated development of enterprises, universities and research institutions, and contribute to the establishment of advanced manufacturing research and development base and industrial innovation center, this paper presents the design scheme of the transformation platform of Tianjin science and technology achievements.
