Research on the construction of community library service

2016年5月1日,我国第一部针对社区图书馆服务规范的行业标准《社区图书馆服务规范》正式实施。文章通过对《规范》核心内容深入分析,提出进一步加强社区图书馆立法工作、建立完善的社区图书馆体系、打造公众阅读第三文化空间、拓展社区图书馆服务内容、鼓励社会参与社区图书馆建设等建议。

On May 1, 2016, the first industry standards for community library service norms, ＂Community Library Service Norms＂ was formally implemented. Through the analysis on the core contents of the ＂Norms＂, the paper puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the legislation work of the community library, establishing the perfect community library system, creating the third cultural space for public reading, expanding the service contents of the community library and encouraging the society to participate in the construction of the community library.
