工科高校信息文科团队是新兴的交叉学科团队,其建设具有复杂性和系统性。基于信息文科产生的背景和发展现状,文章依据项目化管理思想,从团队发展目标、发展阶段划分、团队资源配置、协调机制方面,指出了信息文科团队建设的路径。

The information arts team of engineering university is a emerging interdisciplinary team, the construction of it is of complex and systematic. Based on the background and current situation of the generation of information arts team, this article points out the ways of constructing information arts based on the thought of project management thought,team development target, development stage division, team resource allocation and coordination mechanism.
