新生代员工职业价值观引导策略分析

摘要 改革开放以来,科技现代化和经济全球化步伐不断加快,中西方文化在交流中不断碰撞和融合,人们的职业价值观也在发生着变化。20世纪80,90年代后出生的新生代员工作为推动企业发展的新生力量,其职业价值观有着新的内涵。文章阐述了社会、家庭、个体都会影响其职业价值观的形成,各方应当共同努力,引导新生代员工树立正确的职业价值观。 Since the reform and opening up, the pace of scientific and technological modernization and the pace of economic globalization have been accelerating, during which the Chinese and Western cultures have been colliding and merging and people's professional values have also changed. As a new force to promote the development of enterprises, the professional values of the new generation employees who was born after 1980s and 1990s have a new meaning. The article expounds that society, family, and individual will affect the formation of the professional values, and all parties should work together to guide the new generation employees to establish the correct professional values.
