摘要
农民土地经营规模越大,越能发挥农业机械生产的规模效应,降低单位作业成本和交易成本,越有利于农业机械化水平的提高。基于江苏省2000—2015年县域面板数据,对土地经营规模对农业机械化的影响进行实证计量检验。结果表明,土地经营规模是影响农业机械化水平的关键因素,其弹性系数在0.434~0.492之间。相应的,对经济发达地区,提高土地经营规模可有效提高农业机械化水平;对经济欠发达地区,需要实现土地的集中经营来提高土地经营规模,并通过与发达地区合作,有效提升农业机械化水平。
Increasing the land management scale, farmers could realize the scale effect of agricultural mechinery production, decrease unit operating costs and transaction costs, and finally improve the level of agricultural mechanization. Based on the empirical analysis of 2000-2015 county's Panel Date from Jiangsu province, it carries out empirical test of the impact of the land management scale on agricultural mechanization. The result shows that land management scale is the key factor influencing the level of agricultural mechanization, and the elasticity coefficient is from 0.434 to 0.492. Accordingly, for developed areas of Jiangsu province, they can improve the level of agricultural mechanization by raising land management scale while for underdeveloped areas, they have to implement the integration of land management to enlarge land management scale and cooperate with the developed areas to improve their level of agricultural mechanization.
