摘要
将废旧轮胎胶粉进行表面改性,并将改性胶粉掺入到粉煤灰、磷石膏等材料中制备保温墙体砌块。研究了改性胶粉掺量及固化方式对砌块性能的影响。使用SEM、XRD、FTIR等方法对改性胶粉及砌块进行分析。结果表明,砌块在0.2 MPa、CO_2气氛压力下固化16 h,抗压强度增长了38%;改性胶粉最佳掺量为2%,砌块的抗压强度仅降低4.8%,导热系数降低7.6%,导热系数小于0.1 W/(m·K),该改性胶粉掺入保温墙体砌块具有轻质、高强、保温等优点,同时制备过程中还能消耗CO_2,减缓温室效应,生产周期短,具有良好的应用前景。
The surface of waste tire rubber powder were modi- fied, and the modified rubber powder is mixed into the materials such as fly ash and phosphogypsum to prepare the thermal insula- tion wall block. The effects of dosage of modified rubber powder and curing methods on the mechanical and thermal properties of the block were studied. SEM, XRD, FI'IR and other methods were used to analyze the modified rubber powder and block. The re- suits showd that the compressive strength of the block increased by 38% when the CO2 atmosphere pressure is 0.2 MPa,the cu- ring time is 16 h. The optimum content of modified rubber powder is 2%, block had good mechanical and thermal properties, the compressive strength of block was reduced by 4. 8%, thermal conductivity was reduced by 7.6% and less than 0.1 W/( m · K). In this study, the products had many advantages such as light weight, high strength, heat preservation and so on. They could al- so consum CO2in the process of preparation and slow down the greenhouse effect, above all, the products will have a good application prospect in the future.
