摘要
用硝酸-高氯酸混合酸处理试样,在盐酸介质中以硼氢化钾和氢氧化钠为还原剂,将硒还原成硒化氢,用原子荧光光谱法测定矿泉水中硒。对原子化器的高度、灯电流、负高压等实验参数进行了优化,确立了最佳分析条件。本法最低检出下限为0.4μg/L。
The sample is treated with nitric acid perchloric acid, n hydrochloric acid medium, potassium borohydride and sodium hydroxide are used as reducing agents, reducing selenium to hy- drogen selenide, determination of selenium in mineral water by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry. The experimental parameters such as the height of the atomization device, the lamp current and the negative high pressure are optimized, The optimum analytical condition was established. The minimum detectable limit was 0. 4 μg/L.
