建筑工程绿色施工评价模型与体系研究

环境问题和资源问题的加剧,在经济迅速发展的今天成为了一个迫在眉睫的问题,由此在建筑工程领域便产生符合当今社会发展要求的绿色施工、绿色建筑的观念。本文通过分析绿色施工在我国的发展现状,提出与之密切相关的绿色施工评价的重要作用,通过对我国建筑工程绿色施工评价标准、BREEAM、LEED、SBTool这四种绿色施工评价模型与体系的分析、对比,提出对我国建筑工程建筑绿色评价标准的改进建议。

This paper introduces the green construction, analyzes its development status in China, and puts forward the important role of green construction evaluation, which is closely related to it. But there is not yet a kind of fit, sci- entific and scientific evaluation, The evaluation model and the system exist. Through the analysis and comparison of the three green construction evaluation models and systems of BREEAM, LEED and SBTool, this paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the green evaluation standard of Chinese construction engineering.
