乙醇合成1,3-丁二烯的催化剂研究

摘要 采用浸渍法制备了一系列锌硅三元体系催化剂,在固定床反应器上比较了不同活性组分催化剂的性能,考察了不同活性组分、反应温度、活性组分负载量对乙醇转化率和1,3-丁二烯选择性的影响。结果表明:3%Zr O2-Zn O/Si O2的催化剂具有最好的催化活性,乙醇的转化率达到49%,1,3-丁二烯的选择性达到了51%。 A series of silicon ternary system catalyst are prepared by impregnation method, The perform- anee of catalysts with different active components is compared on a fixed bed reactor. The effects of differ- ent active components, reaction temperature, active component loads on ethanol conversion rate and 1,3 - butadiene selectivity are investigated. The results show that 3% ZrO2 - ZnO/SiO2 catalyst exhibits the best catalytic activity,the conversion rate of ethanol reaches 49%. The selectivity of 1,3 -butadiene reaches 51%.
