摘要
采用H型温拌剂制备沥青混合料,在不同温度制备温拌沥青混合料并测试其体积指标,确定降温效果以及最佳的拌和与成型温度;在最佳拌和与成型温度下制备试件,测试温拌沥青混合料的高温性能、低温性能及水稳定性。结果表明:与传统的热拌沥青混合料HMA相比,H型温拌剂的降温幅度为20℃,且其高温性能、低温性能及水稳定性与HMA基本一致。
Asphalt mixture was prepared by H-type warm mixed agent at different temperatures, and its volume index was measured to determine the cooling effect and the optimum temperature for mixing and molding, Then at such optimum temperature, the specimen was prepared to test the WMA's high and low temperature performance, and water stability. The results show that, compared to the traditional HMA, the H-type WMA has the temperature drop range of 20 ℃, with both the high and low temperature performance, and the water stability basically the same as those of HMA.
