油页岩残渣改性沥青低温力学性能评价 被引量:3

摘要 选用筛分后粒径小于0.075 mm油页岩残渣作为试验改性材料,按5种不同油页岩残渣添加量制备改性沥青。通过对油页岩残渣微观结构的观察和沥青小梁弯曲试验,对油页岩残渣改性沥青低温条件下的力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:掺入油页岩残渣对低温条件下沥青的最大弯曲破坏强度有显著的提升,对沥青的低温抗变形能力也有良好改善,但沥青的低温破坏强度和低温破坏应变的改善效果都随着油页岩残渣掺量的增加而降低。 The Residue of oil shale with particle size less than 0. 0075 mm was selected as the test modification material. We adopt 5 kinds of different OSA content to prepare modified asphalt. Through the observation of OSA's microstructure and asphalt trabecular bending test, we appraised the low-temperature mechanical property of OSA. The results prove that under the condition of low temperature, the asphah mixed with OSA has markedly improved in bending failure strength also in low temperature deformation resistance ability. But the improvement effect of the low-temperature failure strength and failure strain of asphalt is decreased with the increase of OSA content.
