摘要
以深圳地铁7号线华强北站超大基坑工程为依托,基于FLAC3D流固耦合模拟分析基坑降水对基坑及基坑周边建筑物的影响规律。通过分析比较不同降水量,对基坑的变形、基坑周边建筑物不均沉降及倾斜的影响,揭示了基坑的侧向位移、基坑周边建筑物不均匀沉降量、倾斜量随单步降水量的增加而增大总体趋势及后续降水过程的影响较前期更为显著的总体规律。
Taking the super large foundation pit in Huaqiang North Station of Shenzhen Metro Line 7 as the engineering background, the laws how the foundation pit dewatering affects the pit and the adjacent buildings were simulated and analyzed by means of FLAC3D fluid-structure interaction. Through analyzing and comparing the effects of precipitation amount on the pit deformation and the uneven settlement and inclination of adjacent buildings, the general tendency was revealed that the lateral displacement of pit, the uneven settlement and inclination of adjacent buildings will increase with the single-step precipitation; the follow-up effect of dewatering is more significant than that arising in the previous period.
