摘要
为了制定客观的公务员工作业绩评价指标,必须从员工的工作职责出发,对被考核对象的工作表现、工作业绩进行有针对性的、差别化的考核。基于工作分析的公务员绩效指标的构建正是通过工作分析的访谈、关键事件等方法,收集与岗位有关的信息,将特定岗位的工作职责、关键绩效指标等内容梳理出来,设计出个性化的绩效考核量表,它是对公务员差异化绩效考评的一次全新尝试。
In order to formulate the objective of civil servant performance evaluation index, must proceed from the employee's job responsibilities, of being measured object job performance, job performance targeted, differentiation of assessment. Based on job analysis of the construction of the civil servant's performance indicators through job analysis methods such as interviews, key events, collection and post relevant information, the responsibilities of a specific position, key performance indicators, such as content combed out, design the personalized performance appraisal scale, is the performance evaluation of civil servants differentiation of a new attempt.
