摘要
对多年来高校实施的教师绩效考核工作中存在的普遍共性问题进行归纳总结,分析产生这些问题的根本原因,进而提出解决问题的框架思路,为推进我国高校教师绩效考核的深化改革提供一些有益的理论参考。
This paper summarizes the existing problems of teachers 'performance appraisal in colleges and universities over the years,the underlying causes of which are analyzed. And it puts forward the general thoughts to solve them and provides some useful theoretical reference for further reform.
