摘要
日本女性就业缓解了日本社会少子高龄化日益严重导致的劳动力不足问题。日本政府通过制定保护女性职业发展的政策,奖励扩大女性就业的企业,鼓励男性分担育儿责任等一系列政策来促进日本女性就业,帮助日本女性兼顾工作与育儿,并取得一定成效。中国在"全面二孩"的人口政策实施后,也将面临女性就业方面的问题。日本缓和女性就业与育儿矛盾的一系列政策对中国有一定的启示。
Women's employment in Japan has alleviated the problem of labor shortage caused by the increasing number of aging population in Japan.The Japanese government through the development of the protection of women's occupation development policy,expands the rewards of female employment enterprises,encourage men to share parental responsibility and other series of policies to promote employment of Japanese women,help Japanese women to balance work and child rearing,and achieved certain results.After the implementation of the "two child" population policy,China will also face the problem of female employment.A series of policies to ease the contradiction between female employment and child care in china.
