摘要
中国青年就业形势严峻,中国工会的地位和作用决定了其在促进青年就业中扮演重要角色,主要有青年就业政策制定参与者、就业信息提供者、就业技能培训者、就业安全维护者、困难青年就业帮扶者和青年创业支持者六大角色。工会在促进青年就业及就业安全中大有可为和作为。
Today youth employment situation in China is very severe. The political status of Chinese trade unions in the country determines their indispensable role in youth employment and employment security. There are six roles in serving youth employment including youth employment policy development participant, youth employment information provider, job skills trainer, employment security maintainer,difficult youth employment helper and young entrepreneur supporter. Chinese trade unions are committed greatly in promoting youth employment and employment security.
