摘要
智能手机与"互联网+"的流行,为大学课堂利用互联网技术提供了一种新的教学手段,也为高校教师的授课内容与前沿教学信息的获得提供了更为广阔的资源。而智能手机是这一教学手段中连接互联网与学生学习、生活的必备移动终端。然而,众多学者的调查研究结果表明,在实践教学环节中,使用手机互联网参与大学课堂教学使得的"抬头率"成为一个难题。本文尝试从主、客观及大学教师三个方面解决这个问题:主观上,教学管理部门要提高课堂教学的地位,推动大学教师教学的积极性;客观上,教学管理部门首先要加强顶层设计,制定相关的管理规则,其次可以尝试减少教学班的规模;而大学教师可以从改变教学形式,提高教学技巧等方面,改善教学质量,促进学生"抬头率"的提高。
The popularity of smart phones and " Internet + " provide a kind of new teaching means for the application of the Internet in college in-calss teaching. It also provides wider resources to obtain teaching content and frontier teaching information for college teachers. And smartphone is a necessary mobile terminal to connect the Internet and student learning life. However,the survey undertaken by many scholars shows that the use of mobilephone and Internet to participate in college classroom teaching makes the " raise-head rate" a difficult problem in practical teaching. This paper attempts to solve this problem from three aspects: subject,object and college teacher.From subject,teaching management departments should improve the position of classroom teaching and promote the teaching enthusiasm of university teachers. From object,teaching management departments should strengthen the top-level design,formulate the relevant management rules,and then try to reduce the scale of the teaching class. And university teachers can improve the quality of teaching and improve the " raise-head rate " by changing teaching forms and improving teaching skills.
