在外贸中,拒绝会影响到公司的发展和效益。商务人员需要使用恰当的拒绝语来表达自己的立场,维护公司的形象,同时维护与客户的长期合作关系。本文从篇章上分析了对询盘、请求、细节确认等回复的电子邮件中的英语拒绝语的语用策略。
In foreign trade,refusal will affect the development and profit of the company. Business people need to use the proper Language to express their disagreement,maintain the company's image,and keep long-term cooperation with their customers. This paper studies the strategies of English refusal to the inquiries,requests,details confirmation,etc. in the emails.
