"一带一路"战略是我国顺应世界多极化、经济全球化、文化多样化、社会信息化潮流,立足于我国和区域愿景,致力于区域和全球治理的重要举措。在"一带一路"战略中,凝聚的是中国方案的世界共识,突显的是"开放、包容、均衡、普惠"的区域合作精神,富集的是"资源、工业、贸易、政治、文化、安全、治理、发展"等融合战略,贯穿的是"和平、发展、合作、共赢"时代主题,唱响的是"人类命运共同体"的最强音。
