《大象传》的德治与法治思想

Thought of Rule of Virtue along with Rule by Law Conceived in the Daxiang zhuan

《易传》作为《周易》理论化的标志性成果,其对于社会治理提出了大量理论观念,其中又以《大象传》最为突出。清代学者将《大象传》视为《周易》的核心精神所在。在笔者看来,《大象传》以"德治"思想为核心,详细论述了君子从自身道德建构到以德治世的道德扩充,同时,《大象传》也提及在道德的约束下展开"法治"。这种以人性善为基础的法治理念有着浓厚的儒家特色,其以诚信为基础的治世理念对于今日的社会治理也有着极为重要的借鉴意义。

As a landmark achievement which theorized the Zhou Changes, the Yi zhuan （Commentary on the Changes, a.k. a. the Ten Wings）, set forth a large number of theoretic concepts for social governance, among which the Daxiang zhuan （Big Image Commentary） was the most outstanding. Qing （1644-1912） scholars viewed the Daxiang zhuan as the kernel of the Zhou yi. In my opinion, the Daxiang zhuan focused on the rule of virtue and expounded in detail the expansion of a gentleman＇s self-cultivation to governance of the world by virtue. In the meantime, the Daxiang zhuan also referred to the rule by law under the restriction of ethics. This concept of rule by law based on goodness of human innate nature has a dense flavor of Confucianism, and its emphasis on the social governance based on sincerity and integrity is of great referential significance for today＇s social administration.
