从“一币一别墅”的暴利创富神话到非法集资定性，ICO在中国的红白变脸，几乎只是瞬间。9月4日，中国人民银行联合中央网信办、工业和信息化部、工商总局、银监会、证监会、保监会等机构，联合发布《关于防范代币发行融资风险的公告》（以下简称《公告》），对近期国内通过发行代币等形式进行融资的金融活动进行严厉定性，同时宣布了取缔的决定。

A dozen or even dozens of the proceeds are obtained overnight, leading to occurrence of ICO ' sudden wealth myth', as well as unknown uncontrollable risk. Under the temptation of huge gains, speculators who almost lose their heads are the catalysts which facilitate ICO to become 'extinct '. These investors have little knowledge of block chain principles with the very high threshold on the one hand, but they have very high enthusiasm toward money making via speculation on the other hand.
