生肌化瘀方及其拆方对体外培养创面肉芽组织成纤维细胞周期的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的 :从细胞分裂周期变化角度探讨生肌化瘀方促进创面修复及皮肤修复的机理。 方法 :采用体外培养创面肉芽组织成纤维细胞 ,并用乳鼠皮肤成纤维细胞作对照 ,分别加入用血清药理学方法制备的生肌方、化瘀方、生肌化瘀方大、小剂量药物血清。通过流式细胞仪检测成纤维细胞分裂周期的变化。 结果 :模型组细胞处于S期的比例低于正常组 (P <0 0 5 )。生肌方组细胞处于S期的比例明显高于正常组 (P <0 0 1)。化瘀方组细胞处于S期的比例明显低于正常组 (P <0 0 5 )。生肌化瘀方各剂量组细胞处于S期的比例均与正常组相比差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。 结论 :生肌化瘀方通过调控创面肉芽组织成纤维细胞增殖周期的影响 ,使创面修复达到皮肤修复。 Objective:To investigate the mechanism of the three traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)formulas,(Shengji Fang,Huayu Fang and Shengji Huayu Fang)in accelerating wound healing into restoration in terms of aspection of cell division Methods:The fibrobalsts from granulation tissue in wound were cultured in vitro and compared with the normal skin fibroblasts of sucking rat,which were incorporated with serum containing Shengji Fang,Huayu Fang,small and large doses of drugs in Shengji Huayu Fang prepared by serum pharmacology respectively.The aspection of fibroblasts was measured by flow cytometry(FCM).Results:The cell proportion of the control model group in S period was lower than that of the normal one with significan differences between them( P <0 05).The cell proporation of Shengji Fang in S period was higher than that of the normal group wirh significant differences between them( P <0 01).The cell proportion of Huayu Fang in S period was lower than that of the normal group with significant differences between them( P <0 01).The cell proportion of all kinds of doses of Shengjihuayu Fang in S period was not significantly different from that of the normal group( P >0 05).Conclusion:Shengjihuayu Fang can accelerate wound healing into skin restoration through controlling the proliferation of fibroblasts from granulation tissue of the wound.
