摘要
精准医疗理念对临床药学研究生教学提出了更高的要求,本文从理论培训、思维教学、技能实践、检索能力和人文素质教育5个方面,探讨了如何以精准药学服务为抓手,提高临床药学研究生综合素质,以适应精准医疗时代的发展要求。
Precision medicine brought a new challenge to the education of postgraduates in clinical pharmacy. This article discussed the practices in precision pharmacy to improve the comprehensive competence of postgraduates in clinical pharmacy required by the precision medicine era from five aspects,which were theoretical training,thinking teaching,skills practice,information retrieval skills and humanistic education,respectively.
