摘要 结合MJS工法原理和膨润土泥浆特性,在武广高铁地基固化施工现场进行泥浆配制试验,对配浆用水做了分析测试,高硬度含盐份的水质明显对膨润土造浆性能产生了不利影响。通过加入泥浆助剂来改善泥浆的指标,经过对比试验,只有配方3的泥浆符合施工方要求,且泥浆没有对水泥的凝固时间和固化强度产生不利影响。 According to the principle of MJS and the mud characteristics of bentonite, the mud preparation test was carried out in the site of Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed rail foundation consolidation. The water quality of the mud was tested. The water with high hardness and salt was adversely affected on the mud performance of bentonite. By adding a mud additive to improve the index of the mud, after the comparative test, only the mud of formula 3 meets the requirements and did not adversely affect the solidification time and curing strength of the cement.
