摘要
矿物增强组分对于摩擦材料的性能具有显著影响。本文系统介绍了海泡石、硅灰石、纤水镁石和蓝石棉和温石棉等纤维状矿物的成分、结构和物理化学性质,重点分析了化学成分与晶体结构对矿物形貌、工艺技术特性以及使用效能的影响,对摩擦材料中矿物增强原料的作用及其机理进行了总结,同时对不同矿物增强组分的优劣势及其发展方向进行了讨论。
Mineral reinforcing materials have a significant impact on the performance of friction material. In this paper, the composition, structure, physical and chemical properties of sepiolite, wollastonite, brucite, amphibole asbestos and serpentine asbestos are reviewed. The effect of chemical composition, crystal structure of mineral on crystal morphology, technical characters and working efficiency were analyzed. Function and mechanism of reinforcing minerals in friction product are summarized. The advantages and disadvantages of mineral reinforcing materials and some questions and developing direction are discussed.
