Analysis on the construction path of the government under the rule of law in Fuxin city

针对法制建设问题,采用观察法、调查法及比较分析法对阜新市法治政府建设问题进行分析,梳理了多年来阜新市法治政府建设的经验及存在的问题,探索了"十三五"时期阜新市加强法治政府建设的路径,对阜新市进一步加强法治政府建设提供参考。

Aiming at the construction of legal system, by using the method of observation, investigation and comparative analysis, this paper analyzes the construction of the rule of law government in Fuxin. It has combed the experience and existing problems of the construction of the rule of law government in Fuxin for many years, and the path of strengthening the construction of the legal government of Fuxin city in 13 th Five-Year ＂period is explored. It will provide reference for further strengthening the construction of the rule of law government in Fuxin.
