两种天然牙-种植体联合支持固定桥的临床评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨两种不同连接方式的天然牙与种植体联合支持固定修复的临床疗效。方法:40例患者随机分成两组,20例种植体端采用套筒冠非硬性连接固位体,天然牙行固定连接的固定桥修复(A组),20例行天然牙-种植体联合支持硬性连接固定桥修复(B组)。随访2年,比较分析患者自觉症状、基牙临床动度、周围牙槽骨高度的X线片变化、探诊深度。结果:两组种植体的成功率均为100%,各项指标均在正常范围内,两组无显著差别。结论:天然牙-种植体联合固定桥的修复方式在短期内是可行的,天然牙-种植体共同支持套筒冠非硬性连接固定桥修复在短期内没有明显优于天然牙-种植体联合支持硬性连接固定桥修复,有待于长期继续观察。 Objective:To evaluate clinical assessment of tooth-implant supported fixed partial denture by two different connection modes. Methods: Forty patients were divided into 2 groups randomly. In group A,twenty patients received the telescope fixed restoration supported by tooth-implant, in group B, twenty patients received the ragid connector of fixed restoration supported by tooth-implant. The patients 'selffeeling,the tooth-implant's clinical mobility, the absorption rate of bone tissue and the probing depth were collected during the follow-up two years after treatment. Results: All implants healed well with good functions. The survial rate of the implant in the 2 groups was 100%. There was no significant difference of diversity index between the 2 groups. Conclusion: Tooth-implant supported fixed partial denture may be successfully used in dentition defect, no significant was found in the 2 groups the short term, whereas the long-term effects need further research.
