针对西北干旱荒漠区自然特征和社会经济条件,遵循以生物措施为主的治理措施,将工程固沙和人工抚育有机结合,总结了一整套系统科学、能有效扼制风沙危害的优化模式,提出了综合治理的思路、技术和方法。

In allusion to the natural characteristics and socio-economic conditions of the arid desert in the northwest, adhere to is given priority to with biological measures of governance measures, and the organic combination of the engineering sand-fixation and artificial rearing. A set of optimization mode which is systematic, scientific and effective control the wind and sand hazards was summarized, and put forward the ideas, techniques and methods of comprehensive management.
