摘要
为了解经Co^(60)γ诱变处理的油茶光合特性,本文对诱变后的油茶净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO_2浓度、水分利用率等光合日变化参数进行测定和对比分析。结果表明:诱变处理后的净光合速率、胞间CO_2浓度变化均较对照组有所增强,二者的变化规律基本一致。蒸腾速率的变化趋势、水分利用率变化趋势与对照组也基本一致。同时,诱变处理后油茶光响应曲线是y=0.026x-0.421,其光响应拟合曲线的R^2为0.987。
The purpose of paper was been verified the photosynthetic characteristics of Camellia oleifera which was by Co^60γ irradiation treatment. The diurnal variation of photosynthetic parameters which has included net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2 concentration and water use efficiency were measured and analyzed It was showed that the changes of net photosynthetic rate and intercellular CO2 concentration were higher than those of the control group, and the changes of the two groups were similar. The trend of change of transpiration rate and the utilization rate of the 2 groups were basically the same. At the same time, y=0.026x-0.421 was the light response curve of C. oleifera after Co^60γ mutation which its fitting curve of R^2 was 0.987.
