摘要
现代学徒制是校企深度融合的基本制度载体和有效实现形式,已成为校企合作培养技术技能型人才的重要途径。高职院校在推进与实施现代学徒制的过程中,国家应从出台相关法律制度、提供经费与政策支持、建设"现代学徒制"标准体系等方面来解决高等职业院校实施现代学徒制所面临的困境与问题。
Modern apprenticeship is a basic system carrier and an effective realization form of the profound school-enterprise fusion, and it has been an important approach of cultivating technical skilled talents in university by cooperating with enterprise. The State is expected to introduce the corresponding legal system, provide the fund and policy support, and set the standard system to solve the difficulties and problems in the course of advancing and implementing modern apprenticeship in vocational colleges.
