摘要
运用SWOT方法对"翻转课堂"教学法在财务分析教学中的实践进行了分析,指出该教学法具有个性鲜明、效果直观、易激发学习者主动性的优势,存在资源不足、配套设施不到位的劣势,面临着政策导向和高校加快教育信息化建设的机遇,同时存在师资培训相对滞后的挑战。并根据分析结果提出了相关解决思路。
Using the SWOT method to "flip" classroom teaching method of financial analysis teaching are analyzed, and pointed out that has a distinct personality, visual effect, stimulate the learners' initiative advantage, there are insufficient resources, facilities inadequate disadvantage, facing the policy guidance and opportunity to speed up the construction of education informationization in university, and the challenge of lagging in teacher training, and put forward some solution according to the results of the analysis.
