摘要
以重汽商用车公司的C7系列车型为基础,构建企业特色的整车电控系统电子电气平台架构,划分整车电气网络,制定各个系统功能规范。基于开发的整车电控系统电子电气平台架构,进行了架构中关键控制器件的车辆管理控制单元和车身控制单元的功能规划与应用层软件开发,使整车电气系统具备功能多元化、系统网络化、驾驶安全化,在平台化的基础上开发新车型的电子电气系统,将有效地缩短开发周期、降低开发成本、提高产品性能与品质。
This article introduces the electronic and electrical ( EE ) platform of the vehicle electronic control system based on the C7 series of heavy truck commercial vehicle company, divides the vehicle electrical network, and sets up the system function specification. Based on the system structure, the functional planning and application software development of the vehicle management control unit ( VCU ) and the vehicle body control unit ( BCU ) of the key control devices in the structure are carried out, which achieves the vehicle electrical system functional diversification, system network, and driving safety. Developing new model EE system based on this platform could effectively shorten the development cycle, reduce costs, improve product performance and quality.
